TACofficial Return & Exchange Policy
Facing a size issue? Don't like the product? Received the wrong or a defective product?
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the original TACofficial product tag attached where applicable.
If you wish to return or exchange your online order, please complete the TACofficial Return Form provided below and include it with your return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will process the applicable refund or exchange according to our return policy.
How to Return Your Order
Follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Complete the Return Form
Fill out the Return Form below with your order and contact details and clearly mention the reason for your return.
2. Re-pack Your Item Securely
Pack the shoes securely and make sure they are protected during transportation. Please return the product in the same condition in which you received it.
3. Courier the Parcel to TACofficial

Important: Please contact TACofficial before sending your parcel back. Do not courier a return without receiving confirmation from our customer support team.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn and unused.
Items must not have been washed, cleaned, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The original product tag must remain attached, where applicable.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
For thrift/pre-owned footwear, minor creasing, marks, discoloration, or other signs of previous use that are disclosed in the product description or photographs are considered part of the item's condition and are not considered defects.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, our team will notify you about the status of your return.
For approved returns, the applicable product amount will be refunded through an available refund method agreed with the customer.
Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product or a verified defective product.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Return courier charges will not be deducted from or refunded with the product amount unless the return is due to an error by TACofficial, such as a wrong or verified defective product being sent.
Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.
Please provide clear photographs/videos of the product and the issue so our team can verify the claim.
After verification, TACofficial will provide an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange or refund.
